
Account Partnership Manager

We are seeking an Account Management Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with partner restaurant chains.
Job Description:Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance the work relationship with the partner restaurant chains through regular contact with the restaurant manager
- Rename the contracts conditions such as commission rate or minimum basket size with the restaurant manager on a regular basis
- Convince the restaurant manager to implement backlinks on their website and/or a splash page to convert online traffic into additional orders
- Design and improve the aftersales process by streamlining operations and the CRM system
- Finding and convincing the best partner restaurants to join the corporate menu booklet and monitoring order evolution as well as customer experience after integration
- Negotiating exclusive deals with the best partner restaurants to increase orders while safeguarding the relationship quality with the partner restaurant
- Ensuring all partner restaurants maintain a high customer experience and briefing them on how to improve it
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- Preferably 1-3 years of lead or account management experience in the food and beverages industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in person, strong negotiation skills
- A desire to contact local restaurants and thrive at convincing people
- Endurance and perseverance in following up with partner restaurants
- Pleasant personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment
- Ability to work structured and efficiently organize the communication process with partners
- Team player, self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Keen interest and good understanding of building relationships with clients
- Required language: English
