Contract Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing contracts, verifying terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts. They will verify contract terms, scope coverage, and inclusions/exclusions to ensure compliance and double-check material quantities and scope coverage against project requirements.

This role involves using specialized software such as Bluebeam to review drawings, markups, and perform takeoffs as required. The Contract Administrator will also identify discrepancies or gaps in contractor submissions and recommend solutions.

An essential requirement for this role is proficiency in Bluebeam and strong analytical skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment and meet deadlines.

About the Role
  • Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.
  • Verify contract terms, scope coverage, and inclusions/exclusions to ensure compliance.
  • Double-check material quantities and scope coverage against project requirements.
  • Use Bluebeam to review drawings, markups, and perform takeoffs as required.
  • Identify discrepancies or gaps in contractor submissions and recommend solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration or project support within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam for drawing review, takeoffs, and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, scopes, and construction documentation.
