Contract & Procurement Specialist – Part-Time (Non-Profit)

Pay: $85/week

Hours: 25 hours/week

Overview:

We're seeking a Contract and Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, vendor relations, and contract management for our nonprofit initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing vendor contracts
  • Monitor purchasing activities to ensure compliance
  • Track and manage invoices and procurement records
  • Support project managers with contract execution and documentation

Requirements:

  • Understanding of procurement and contract basics
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in nonprofit or public procurement is a plus
