About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our engineering team in a new region.

You'll be an organized, clear communicator with engineering lead or management experience, thriving in fast-paced environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails, adhering to best practices and high coding standards.
  • Collaborate closely with remote teams, providing clear and proactive communication to align on project objectives and technical specifications.
  • Lead development of core features, taking full responsibility for project execution, quality control, and deployment.
  • Support and mentor junior developers, setting an example in code quality, work organization, and communication.
