Job Overview

We seek a skilled Contract Specialist to facilitate our contract management process. As a key member, you will review, redline and negotiate third-party NDAs on behalf of the organization.

Your Role

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating the vendor NDA process in accordance with organizational compliance and vendor management protocols.
  • Reviewing, redlining, negotiating and drafting NDAs on behalf of the organization.
  • Collaborating with internal teams across departments to ensure alignment and timely execution of agreements.
  • Maintaining accurate version control and status tracking of all documents.
  • Uploading, organizing and managing documents in a document management system.
  • Providing legal support including document preparation, proofreading, research and fact-checking.
  • Coordinating with vendors' legal departments or designated representatives via email to review and finalize NDAs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Legal Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract review and redlining, preferably with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word (track changes).
  • Experience with salesforce is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple monitors and multitask efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, ethics and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality, error-free work under pressure.
