International Contract Negotiator

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Contracts Specialist to join our organization. This role will be responsible for safeguarding global deals by reviewing and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Review and negotiate third-party Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of agreements.
- Maintain accurate version control and status tracking of all documents, including vendor non-disclosure agreement (NDA) processes and contract redlining.
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Legal Management, or related field, preferably with a focus on international law.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract review and negotiation, with a proven track record of successful NDAs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word (track changes).
