Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Office Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
• Transcription services
• Preparing and organizing paperwork
• Scheduling consultations with clients
• Creating and sending weekly reports via email
• Updating virtual files and maintaining a task list
• Overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient workflow

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
• A dual-core processor with a minimum speed of 1 GHz (Intel Core i3 or i5/i7 or AMD equivalent recommended)
• Windows 10 or MAC operating system
• At least 4 GB of RAM (8 GB recommended) with 60 GB of free hard disk space available
• A stable internet connection with speeds of at least 10 Mbps wired DSL
• A high-quality headset with noise-cancelling features and a HD webcam
