Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:

The Virtual Operations Coordinator will be responsible for preparing daily call lists, meeting agendas, and materials as needed. They will also efficiently schedule meetings with clients and team members, coordinating times that accommodate all parties and managing any necessary adjustments or cancellations.

In addition, the Virtual Operations Coordinator will prepare reports on key metrics and performance indicators within specified deadlines. They will update and maintain virtual files to ensure information is organized and easily accessible, and oversee administrative tasks, including managing email correspondence and calendar appointments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as a good command of the English language. They should also have knowledge of digital tools and software such as Google Workspace and Zoom.

A team player mindset, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and solve problems proactively.
