Job Description

The Office Coordinator will provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role involves a range of tasks, including preparing reports, presentations, and briefs.

Duties:
• Assist with personal correspondence, scheduling, and appointment setting/management
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for senior management
• Maintain databases and filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Manage communications, scheduling, travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks
• Screen phone calls, enquiries, and requests, handling them as necessary
• Process, respond to, and categorize all email, mail, text, and other communications
• Collate and file business expenses and travel documentation
• Conduct research on behalf of senior management
• Assist in venue reservations for meetings and events
