  • Oversee the receipt and sorting of daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Ensure security protocols are maintained, including monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments with ease.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a front office or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
