Hotel Okura Manila is seeking a motivated and organized Reception Services Manager to lead our front office team.
About the Job:- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors.
- Manage incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Oversee the receipt and sorting of daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Ensure security protocols are maintained, including monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments with ease.
- Proven experience in a front office or similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school degree or equivalent.
