Job Description

The Front Office Manager is responsible for leading the front office team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism.

Key Tasks

  • Lead and manage the front office team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
  • Process front office transactions accurately and timely, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Monitor and control front office expenses, maintaining within budgetary guidelines.
  • Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify training needs and develop plans to enhance team performance and skills.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by management to ensure the success of the hotel.

Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in front office management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and computer literacy.
  • Service-oriented attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Able to work under pressure, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
