Job Description
The Front Office Manager is responsible for leading the front office team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Key Tasks
- Lead and manage the front office team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Process front office transactions accurately and timely, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Monitor and control front office expenses, maintaining within budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Identify training needs and develop plans to enhance team performance and skills.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management to ensure the success of the hotel.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in front office management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Technical skills, including proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and computer literacy.
- Service-oriented attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Able to work under pressure, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
