Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Consultant.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via inbound calls.
- Responding to inquiries regarding products and services, processing payments and performing general account maintenance.
- Upselling customers to new products or services where applicable.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven ability to work at a high level, handling a large volume of inbound calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in reading required.
- Strong multi-tasking skills, demonstrated through the use of multiple applications; experience with CRM software is an asset.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) proficiency are necessary.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
