Job Description

Deliver exceptional customer service, leveraging digital channels and face-to-face interactions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, ensuring seamless customer experiences throughout various touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in navigating digital platforms, providing user education and support.
  • Attend to sales and service needs, driving revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Process transactions efficiently, maintaining high accuracy rates.
Requirements

Successful candidates will possess a bachelor's degree, preferably with 3-5 years of sales and customer-facing experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
