We are seeking a highly skilled Engagement Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Job Description

The Engagement Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that all customers receive timely and effective support. You will be responsible for communicating with internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve issues and provide feedback.

You must have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding new contractors
  • Responding to inbound telephone calls, ticket requests, and email correspondence in a timely manner
  • Troubleshooting issues using Vendor Management Software
  • Resolving customer issues using customized responses and processes
  • Escalating complex issues according to standard escalation procedures
  • Making recommendations to improve efficiencies where possible
  • Providing training and support to peers in the Customer Support organization
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in recruitment or a related field (ideally in-house, RPO, MSP, or Core HR)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Data entry, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
