Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to follow up or initiate outbound calls to ensure our customers receive the information they need, as well as tenaciously resolve product or service problems by identifying issues quickly and selecting/explaining the best solution.

Your success will be measured by your ability to handle and resolve customer issues, escalate or advance complex cases when necessary, and partner across departments to meet customer service levels efficiently and effectively.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have at least 2 years of work experience, and be a college graduate or have equivalent work experience. You must also be willing to work on a night shift schedule in a hybrid work set-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support inbound inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Follow up or initiate outbound calls to ensure our customers are provided with the information they need.
  • Tenaciously resolve product or service problems by identifying issues quickly and selecting/explaining the best solution.
  • Handle and resolve customer issues and understand when to escalate or advance customer issues which require next level review.
  • Partner across various departments to meet customer service levels quickly and seamlessly.
Qualifications:
  • Candidate with at least 2 years of work experience
  • Candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate must be a college graduate or with equivalent work experience
  • Candidate must be willing to work on a night shift schedule in a hybrid work set-up
