Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing timely and effective responses to consumer inquiries.
- Responding to product and service related questions, processing payments, and performing general account maintenance.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell customers on new products or services.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to work at a high level, handling a large volume of inbound calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficient reading skills required.
- Multitasking skills, showcased through the use of multiple applications, with experience working with CRM applications preferred.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
