Job Title: Executive Assistant/Excel Expert

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage administrative tasks while leveraging data for efficiency and informed decision-making.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, handling email correspondence, and supporting client relationship management. Your expertise in Excel will be crucial for data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel plans
  • Handle email correspondence via Microsoft Outlook and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Create and maintain reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
  • Support CRM activities using Pipedrive
  • Conduct lead generation and data enrichment using Seamless.ai
  • Assist with order processing and inventory tracking via SellerCloud
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external use
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
