Business Operations Coordinator

This role offers administrative and operational support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of a business management platform.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage user access and implement taxonomy updates in the category tree/spend system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Oversee spend data uploads and validations to guarantee precise financial information.
- Coordinate and follow up on management information (MI) data requests to provide timely insights.
- Maintain and update SharePoint sites and landing pages for effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage project and core team calendars to optimize resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field is required.
- Strong digital acumen with experience in tools like SharePoint, Excel, and data management platforms is essential.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
