Executive Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to serve as an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Accounting and Business Operations.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage business listings across various platforms.
  • Communicate with business sellers through professional calls and emails.
  • Draft, proofread, and send correspondence with impeccable English grammar and tone.
  • Assist with daily administrative and executive support tasks.
  • Handle Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Prepare reports, maintain organized documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must sound natural and professional).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
