Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team as a Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application analysis and troubleshooting, with at least 3 years of experience in developing applications using C#/.NET, SQL Server, and ReactJS.

Azure DevOps experience is also highly valued, including knowledge of Repos and Pipelines. In addition, the successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing level 2 support for full stack applications
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for technical processes

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in C#/.NET
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs
  • Proficiency in ReactJS (including React Hooks and Redux for state management)
  • Knowledge of AngularJS and TypeScript
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio and VS Code
  • Working knowledge of Git and Gitflow
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (Repos and Pipelines)

Good-to-Have Skills
  • Exposure to micro frontend architecture
  • Familiarity with Bootstrap, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience with Azure Functions
  • Understanding of deployment tools such as Azure Pipelines
  • Background in unit testing with Cypress and Jest
  • Experience in root cause analysis and bug investigation
  • Knowledge of incident management practices
  • Ability to write and maintain clear technical documentation
