POSITION: SENIOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

OFFICE: DISTRICT TESDA CENTER – MUNTIPARLASTAPAT, TESDA NCR

SALARY: SG-19 (Php 53, PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

1. Reviews and participates in the works of lower level specialists (5%)
2. Conducts independent researches and studies (10%)
3. Provides technical/instructional services to agency beneficiaries (10%)
4. Develops procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs as well as in formulating educational/training programs for subject field (10%)
5. Assists in directing, supervising and coordinating the operations and activities in the DTC (10%)
6. Recommends systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation (8%)
7. Ensures the implementation and conduct of the programs/projects (8%)
8. Strengthens and improves the research technology development of the TTI (8%)
9. Maintains public relations with the community, industry and government and non-government organizations (5%)
10. Capable to process financial documents and preparation of proposals (5%)
11. Promotes non-formal extension programs (5%)
12. Coordinates the preparations of periodic reports (5%)
13. Performs related work and other assigned tasks (8%)

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the Job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in oral and written communication
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
• Good in networking and linkaging
• Possesses positive work attitude
• Good interpersonal relations
• NTTC Holder
• National Certificate II Holder of Tile Setting NC II and other construction related course
• Holder of Trainer's Methodology Certificate Level I

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2023 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2023 or January to June 2024 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies
• Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies
• List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
  • Superior
  • Peers
  • Subordinates (if applicable)
  • Clients (if applicable)
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma
• Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC
• Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable)
• Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable)
• Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
