
Online Reputation Specialist

The Online Reputation Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing online presence across various review platforms, social media channels, and forums.
This critical position ensures brand voice is consistent, professional, and compliant with industry regulations while strengthening reputation through timely and thoughtful engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to online reviews on multiple platforms.
- Track relevant conversations on social media and other online platforms.
- Draft professional responses to both positive and negative reviews.
- Escalate sensitive issues to internal leadership before responding.
- Generate reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure messaging aligns with compliance standards.
- Develop processes for timely responses and continuous monitoring.
- At least 2 years of experience in online reputation management, social media, digital marketing, or community management.
- Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience using ORM tools (Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Reputation.com, Meltwater, etc.).
- Familiarity with U.S. business culture and professionalism in communication.
- Preferred but not required: Experience in financial services, collections, or other regulated industries.
