We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator.

Job Description
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for HR and employee experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
  • The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver an empathic and customer-focused experience for everyone at Deputy.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and considering how to innovate and advance People Operations backbone.
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
  • Manage employee data in Rippling, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
