We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR professional to join our team as an Employee Engagement Specialist.

Job Description

As an Employee Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. This is a critical role in fostering a positive company culture and ensuring employees feel valued and connected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a calendar of engagement events, including team-building activities and company-wide celebrations.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, creating internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Assist with employee relations and use exit interview data to improve retention.
  • Manage logistics for all engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Creative, people-oriented, and analytical.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Canva.
