We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to join our team in an executive role, reporting directly to the global controller. This position involves taking ownership of financial functions at multiple portfolio companies and serving as a consultant to their management teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the month-end close process for several companies, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of financial reports.
  • Record and reconcile bank transactions, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Prepare general ledger entries and maintain accurate records, utilizing strong analytical skills.
  • Assist with monthly reconciliations and year-end audit preparations, providing support to management teams.
  • Develop new accounting systems, programs, controls, and procedures, driving efficiency and productivity within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required, with a preference for Master's degree and/or CPA certification.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in accounting, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, with ability to analyze complex financial data and create actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
