The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial operations of the company across both domestic and international entities. This role will ensure compliance with local and international regulations, manage intercompany processes, and provide strategic financial leadership to support sustainable growth. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to optimize financial systems, manage cash flow, and strengthen internal controls across the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead group-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Oversee local and regional accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong intercompany processes and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable tax, audit, and regulatory standards in all jurisdictions.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team to drive sustainable growth.
  • Optimize financial systems, processes, and controls for scalability and transparency.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams across multiple locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; Master's/MBA preferred.
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including 5 years in a senior role.
  • Strong background in international financial management, preferably within Southeast Asia.
  • Expertise in taxation, compliance, and multi-currency, multi-entity consolidation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • High proficiency with ERP and financial reporting systems.
