This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Administrative and Financial Operations Expert. As the foundation hire for our international operations, you will establish administrative and financial processes, master complex systems, and develop leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of comprehensive executive assistant and financial management experience, with a proven track record of establishing accurate financial controls, managing QuickBooks, and coordinating administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include providing executive assistant support, managing financial operations, verifying invoices, processing payroll, and documenting processes for scalability.
As you grow in the role, you will lead training and onboarding, take on specialized international operations responsibilities, and develop supervisory skills managing the expanding team.

Job Requirements:
- 5-10 years of comprehensive executive assistant and financial management experience

- Proven ability to learn specialized processes while maintaining accuracy in current responsibilities
