This role involves providing expert financial guidance to clients, ensuring their tax and accounting needs are met with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Offer proactive support to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records of client accounts, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, providing insightful guidance and advice to clients.
  • Assist clients in understanding and meeting tax and compliance requirements, minimizing risks and ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks, including payables, receivables, and petty cash maintenance, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Coordinate with banks for daily deposits and banking operations, facilitating efficient financial transactions.
  • Calculate taxes owed by accurately applying tax codes and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing errors.
  • Prepare tax returns for individuals and small businesses, ranging from simple to complex cases, with attention to detail and precision.
  • Help clients strategically leverage federal, state, and local tax codes to maximize eligible benefits, optimizing their financial position.
  • Identify deductions and tax credits to minimize client tax liabilities, ensuring maximum financial savings.
  • Oversee VAT and Corporate Tax (CT) registration requirements and thresholds, ensuring compliance and minimizing penalties.
  • Review and analyze financial records, including income statements and expenditure documentation, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct client interviews to understand financial situations comprehensively, gathering essential information for informed decision-making.
  • Verify the accuracy of past tax returns and ensure records are consistently reconciled, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Refer to tax law handbooks for complex returns to ensure full compliance, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Advise clients on relevant laws, including VAT, CT, AML, ESR, and UBO regulations, ensuring they remain informed and compliant.
  • Address and resolve client complaints professionally and efficiently, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend financial products and services that meet client needs, fostering long-term relationships and trust.
  • Use electronic filing software for accurate and timely tax return submission, minimizing delays and errors.
  • Ensure clients receive copies of their filed tax returns for records, maintaining transparency and accountability.
