Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial operations, ensuring accurate books and smooth administrative processes. This includes reconciliations, invoicing, transaction categorization, expense tracking, and accounts receivable follow-ups when needed.

Additionally, the Financial Operations Specialist will monitor outstanding invoices, follow 30-day payment terms, and escalate overdue accounts to management.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle standard bill payments, and ensure timely processing.

Requirements:
  • QuickBooks Desktop Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years; must be confident and efficient without requiring training.
  • Highly Organized: Ability to work methodically without jumping between tasks, maintaining consistent processes.
  • Professional Communication: Friendly yet professional manner, with clear English.
  • Administrative Skills: Capable of standard office work and basic customer service.
