Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and ensuring the smooth operation of all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to senior management and coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, and assist in updating them as needed.

  • Human Resources Support: Recruitment coordination, employee records, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Financial Administration Support: Budget management, invoice processing, and financial reporting to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Internal communication, external communication, and project coordination to facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
  • Compliance and Safety Protocols: Regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and risk management to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
