Project-Based Sourcing Specialist Role

This is a role that involves conducting research, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and engaging with candidates.

  • Develop effective strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Build a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Preliminary and thorough screening of candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews
  • Establishing tracking systems for all candidates and internal databases
  • Collaboration with managers to identify future talent needs and proactively source candidates
  • Utilizing online portals, social networking sites, and job boards to source candidates and manage the hiring process
  • Monitoring and reporting on hiring metrics in real-time
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role
  • Extensive experience in using various channels and tools to source candidates
  • Hands-on experience in using HR databases, ATS, and CMS
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Familiarity with the healthcare/medical field is preferred but not required
  • Must be willing to work on a project basis

Technical requirements include an Intel Core i5-5000 processor, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10/11 or macOS Ventura operating system, headset, and camera.

The salary range for this position is $850 (USD) monthly. The employment type is independent contractor, with free training, performance-based increase, and permanent remote work option.
