Strategic Recruiting Lead

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, driving best practice and operational efficiency, while delivering exceptional results. As a strategic recruiter you will lead teams to drive business growth through top talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of recruitment processes and strategies that attract and acquire top IT professionals. Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or in similar roles is essential. A strong track record in conducting performance reviews, driving performance improvement, and implementing talent acquisition strategies is required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals and expectations including client specific SLAs and compliance with process.
  • Providing metrics to the company executive leadership team on recruitment performance and effectiveness.
  • Acting as an escalation point for issues that arise and identifying solutions for both parties.
  • Supporting the development of recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes.
  • Defining and communicating individual and team KPIs via scorecards.
  • Collaborating with sales and recruitment management groups to ensure partnership success.

The successful candidate will be able to use data and analytics to drive performance and deliver effective performance optimization of all team members. Experience in handling offshore recruitment processes and interacting directly with Client hiring Managers and Recruiters is desirable.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred but not necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret data from various internal and external sources and predict trends.
