Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to excel as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist.

About the Role

This is a remote opportunity requiring collaboration with international clients in various markets, including New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment for C-level, rank-and-file, and specialized roles.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for industries such as IT, Sales, Recruitment, Construction and Engineering, and Healthcare.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage top talent.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
  • E nsure timely delivery of recruitment milestones, from sourcing to placement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in RPO or recruitment firms.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates across various levels and industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment for C-level, rank-and-file, and specialized roles.
  • Experience recruiting in industries such as IT, Sales, Rec2Rec, Construction, Engineering, and Healthcare.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and AI in recruitment (an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions.
