Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an Mobilisation Support Administrator. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end mobilisation process, ensuring all compliance requirements are met and candidate documentation is accurately maintained.

You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to support induction, compliance, and onboarding activities for new hires. This includes:

  • Collecting and managing candidate documents, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
  • Conducting work rights and visa checks using appropriate tools and websites.
  • Ensuring proper naming conventions and document storage for efficient retrieval.
  • Maintaining and organizing candidate files for audits and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating and approving inductions for client-specific programs, submitting induction documentation to the client as required, and preparing and distributing clients' contact cards. You will also perform resume formatting and tidying to meet professional standards.

Additionally, you will utilize software such as JobAdder, Xero, Ingenium, Adobe Acrobat, and I Love PDF to manage tasks, communicate via Teams and 3CX to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and create and maintain spreadsheets in Word and Excel for reporting purposes.
