Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the MEQAU committee, overseeing and monitoring quality assurance activities. Key responsibilities include facilitating module and faculty evaluations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Financial Management

Assist in monitoring finances, tracking expenses, and preparing summary reports. Coordinate financial transactions, payments, and purchase requisitions, obtaining necessary approvals and documents.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree is required, along with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in an academic environment is preferred.
