Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, reporting, invoicing, and database management.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Data Transfer & Cleaning: Ensure accuracy and consistency of data by transferring and cleaning it.
  2. Handling Inquiries: Respond to general inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
  3. Order & Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track orders, shipments, ETAs, and freight bookings.
  4. Weekly Sales Reporting: Generate and prepare weekly sales reports.
  5. Receipt Processing: Process and verify receipts.
  6. Database Management & Reporting: Manage databases and generate reports to track compliance initiatives.
  7. Sales Quotations: Prepare and manage sales quotations.
  8. Documentation Management: Organize and maintain necessary documentation.
  9. Daily Tasks: Perform daily administrative tasks as requested by management.
  10. Other Duties: Handle additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in client support or a similar administrative role.
  2. Sales Quotation Experience: Experience in preparing and managing sales quotations.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Database Management: Strong experience with database management.
  5. Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  6. Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  7. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  8. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  9. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
