Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, reporting, invoicing, and database management.
Key Accountabilities:
- Data Transfer & Cleaning: Ensure accuracy and consistency of data by transferring and cleaning it.
- Handling Inquiries: Respond to general inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
- Order & Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track orders, shipments, ETAs, and freight bookings.
- Weekly Sales Reporting: Generate and prepare weekly sales reports.
- Receipt Processing: Process and verify receipts.
- Database Management & Reporting: Manage databases and generate reports to track compliance initiatives.
- Sales Quotations: Prepare and manage sales quotations.
- Documentation Management: Organize and maintain necessary documentation.
- Daily Tasks: Perform daily administrative tasks as requested by management.
- Other Duties: Handle additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in client support or a similar administrative role.
- Sales Quotation Experience: Experience in preparing and managing sales quotations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Database Management: Strong experience with database management.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
