
Campus Recruitment Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that coordinates and manages the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers.
You will leverage relationship-building and process-management skills to collaborate with educational institutions, organise campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities- Manage account-specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offers/onboarding
- Conduct ad-hoc administration tasks to support the effective running of the recruitment process
- Collaborate on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports within deadlines
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders
- Keep stakeholders updated on relevant processes
- Manage day-to-day queries and escalate where necessary
- Participate in continuous improvement within the team
- Effective English business communication, written and oral
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and write clearly and professionally
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Amenability to work in a midshift schedule
- A willingness to work on a fixed-term contract
