About the role
In1go Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented HR Recruitment and Admin Staff to join our team in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for supporting our internal recruitment and HR processes, playing a vital part in the growth and success of our dynamic organization.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with the full cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and candidate databases
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee files and records
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Contribute to the development and execution of our employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in a HR/recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR information systems
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Passion for creating a positive candidate and employee experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
