Campus Outreach Representative

Build relationships with colleges, universities, and vocational schools to expand our presence in the student workforce. Connect directly with career advisors, student services, and job placement offices to promote flexible work opportunities for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact relevant departments at educational institutions to foster collaborative partnerships.
  • Promote our platform as a flexible income option for students seeking part-time work or entrepreneurial growth through engaging presentations and outreach initiatives.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings, info sessions, and follow-ups to build strong relationships with educational institutions.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of educational institutions and contacts to ensure ongoing engagement and outreach efforts.
  • Distribute marketing materials to promote our platform among students, highlighting its benefits and value proposition.
  • Report regular progress and feedback to the outreach manager or director, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for confident interaction with professionals and students, enabling effective collaboration and partnership-building.
  • Experience in outreach, recruiting, sales, or community engagement is highly desirable, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage outreach targets independently, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working remotely and utilizing basic CRM or tracking tools to optimize performance and efficiency.
