Chief Recruitment Ambassador

The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet company hiring requirements.
• Build strong business knowledge and integrate marketing strategies into sourcing and talent attraction.
• Maintain internal and external candidate data in real-time staffing systems.
• Manage employee referral programs, vendor management, external branding, marketing, and sourcing activities.
• Support the staffing team in achieving recruitment goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in sourcing/marketing for recruitment.
• Experience in non-traditional sourcing, marketing activities, and events coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Applications.
• Mastery of verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Competency in database management and record keeping.
• Capability to adapt to changing trends in marketing/recruitment.
