About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role involves working closely with customers and logistics partners to coordinate deliveries efficiently, while maintaining a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sending order confirmation emails to customers outlining delivery or pick-up expectations
  • Liaising with customers to provide clear, timely updates on furniture delivery timeframes
  • Coordinating and creating a weekly logistics spreadsheet for interstate deliveries
  • Working closely with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure efficient and accurate dispatch of orders
  • Assisting with pre-orders by tracking expected arrival times and scheduling deliveries accordingly
  • Tracking, monitoring, and following up on deliveries to ensure timely completion
  • Maintaining accurate records of delivery schedules and customer interactions
  • Providing administrative support related to logistics and customer service
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or e-commerce operations is preferred
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for clear and professional customer communications
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and record keeping
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets for delivery coordination
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
Work Arrangement & Expectations
  • This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement
  • To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to collaborate during core business hours
  • Candidates will also be required to disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
