Logistics Coordinator

We seek a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to manage same-day deliveries across the US. This role involves coordinating runs, communicating with cross-functional teams, and daily interaction with driver agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate deliveries in assigned markets, creating efficient routes based on driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • Master logistics software systems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to resolve issues quickly while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Utilize communication and ticketing systems.
  • Provide direct, efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers.
  • Achieve on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for all assigned markets.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to managers regarding driver supply needs and performance.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of clients, drivers, and market-specific needs.

  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn from changing market conditions.
  • Proven ability to run operationally efficient projects and teams.
  • Passion for logistics and business practices.
  • Knowledge of Google Office Suite.
  • Experience working in remote environments.
