Job Title: Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer concerns and queries

  2. Building sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication

  3. Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and meeting or exceeding customer expectations

  4. Keeping records of customer interactions and updating customer accounts as necessary

  5. FOLLOWING COMMUNICATION PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, and experience working in a customer-facing role. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)

  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills

  • Solid organizational and time management skills

  • Tech-savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM and VoIP

  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)

  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)

  • Proactive & confident with keen attention to details

  • Able to work on a graveyard shift
