Customer Service Representative OpportunityAbout This Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for processing import bookings, coordinating with overseas agents, and tracking shipment orders.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to effectively communicate with customers, service providers, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents.

You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure seamless order processing and delivery. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process import bookings and coordinate with overseas agents
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service providers, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents
  • Track shipment orders and provide status reports
  • Invoice and process creditor invoices
  • Arrange transport and cartage
Requirements
  • Graduate of Customs Administration or related field
  • More than 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry
  • Solid work exposure in end-to-end order processing activities
  • Experience in using Cargowise, ICS, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent customer service skills
