We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Specialist to facilitate smooth daily operations of our service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily service activities between clients and service personnel.
  • Provide timely and professional support to internal and external customers.
  • Monitor service performance and gather feedback from clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Distribute job orders accurately and promptly.
  • Report performance metrics regularly to the Service Manager.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement recommendations.
  • Promote company products and services to customers.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience as a Service Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced in using Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
