**Job Summary:**
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic business plans, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Foster strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
**Compensation Package:**
We offer a competitive salary range of **Php 120,000 - 180,000 per annum**, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
**Work Schedule:**
The successful candidate will work on a Monday to Saturday schedule, with regular working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
