We are seeking an exceptional Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for aligning our global programs, providing tactical production support to cross-regional and cross-functional projects, improving critical processes, and interacting with clients/stakeholders to assess, identify, and solve for health risk drivers to achieve customer retention and expansion.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze client health risk drivers, propose corrective action plans, and drive customer retention and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Plan and lead high-impact initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Assess operational risks and leverage your understanding of client/stakeholder processes to develop and implement corrective actions globally.
  • Build a culture of best practices through continuous improvement.
  • Leverage strong interpersonal skills to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
What You Need:
  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders, driven by data insights.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong vision-setting, strategic problem-solving, and action-driving mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams.
  • Experience with process optimization, program management, customer support strategy, or quality assurance.
  • 5-7 years of related experience (sales, presales, or sales training preferred).
