Marketing Talent Acquisition Strategist

The position involves developing a comprehensive marketing strategy for attracting top talent.

As a Marketing Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the North American talent attraction functions and team; aligning your shift and work hours to the USA/Canada workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion initiatives alongside the talent acquisition team to identify future associate hiring needs and maintain awareness of applicant flow requirements.
  • Develop a sourcing plan and drive sourcing efforts to maximize applicant flow to meet client requirements.
  • Use data insights to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and optimize return on investment.
  • Manage vendor relationships such as job boards, media platforms, creative agencies, community partners, job fair organizers, university and workforce partnerships, diversity hiring partners, and staffing agencies.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams, accounting and finance for accuracy and timeliness in departmental marketing budgets, reporting, and accounting practices.
  • Project manage collateral creation by establishing deadlines, approving creative concepts, and ensuring timely delivery from vendors.
  • Supervise, coach, train and develop talent acquisition marketing staff, contributing personally to the team's success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to lead a remote, results-oriented team with the capacity to work onsite at least once a month.
  • Proven proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and data-driven critical thinking.
  • Experience managing budgets and using advanced excel skills.
  • Consultative and collaborative mindset.
