Join Our Team as a Human Resources Business Partner

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic talent initiatives to support key business goals.
  • Provide proactive human resource solutions to address challenges affecting business success.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding talent initiatives.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with leaders at multiple levels.
  • Partner with COE teams across human capital, total rewards, development, payroll, talent acquisition, and legal.
  • Manage and resolve employee relation issues.
  • Support various HR activities including employee relations, compensation administration, job evaluations, policy interpretation, and more.

Requirements:

  • Experience in SHRM or equivalent education.
  • Strong experience in multiple HR disciplines, including total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to build trust with leadership and influence leaders and teams to create positive outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and influence people leaders.
