Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to drive sales and marketing initiatives in our territory. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, negotiation and consultative selling experience, as well as proficiency in performance monitoring and data analysis.

The role involves managing and growing assigned territory by executing company-driven route-to-market strategies and coverage initiatives. You will build strong relationships with trade partners, influence them to adopt company programs and tools, and drive in-store execution of initiatives to boost visibility and access across channels.

As a frontline leader, you will shape in-store execution – ensuring compliance with pricing and presence standards, activating programs that drive demand and offtake, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow assigned territory by executing company-driven route-to-market strategies and coverage initiatives
  • Influence trade partners to adopt company programs and tools
  • Drive in-store execution of initiatives to boost visibility and access across channels
  • Use field insights to identify growth opportunities and build actionable territory plans
Consumer Engagement
  • Support execution of initiatives that build loyalty among existing consumers and attract consumers from competing brands
  • Implement retail activations and promotional programs that drive trial, repeat purchase and conversion
Pricing Compliance
  • Influence trade partners to adhere to approved pricing guidelines
  • Monitor and address pricing deviations in the field to protect market integrity and brand positioning
Performance Monitoring
  • Track and report key performance indicators such as territory-level sales, share of market and program compliance
  • Consolidate insights to inform future strategies and execution improvements
